Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming phone calls and general inquiries.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and documents.
Provide basic administrative support at the front office.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Monitor cleanliness of the office, pantry, restrooms and common areas.
Ensure sufficient office supplies and pantry items.
Report any facility issues or damages to the relevant parties.
Meeting & Event Arrangement
Manage meeting room bookings and schedule coordination.
Prepare meeting requirements (equipment, refreshments, room setup).
Coordinate internal and external company events.
Ensure meetings and events run smoothly as planned.
