Job Responsibilities
Handle telephone enquiries and walk-in customers, and liaise with clients, intermediaries, surveyors/adjusters, handling agents, overseas principals, and the TM Group of Companies.
Manage correspondence and attend client or intermediary meetings when required.
Upon receiving claims notifications, gather relevant customer information, arrange surveys, and coordinate with settling agents when necessary.
Create claim files and checklists, and verify policy, reinsurance, and treaty arrangements before confirming underwriting acceptance with the TM Group of Companies.
Send acknowledgment letters and request necessary claims documentation from clients or intermediaries.
Prepare and issue PLA/Cash-Call advice and follow up with reinsurers on payment status.
Draft LLA/MLR for approval, ensuring reserves are updated promptly and accurately.
