Assistant Executive Housekeeper

This role forms part of the housekeeping team at The Bay Hotel, within the Village n Life hospitality group.
The Role
As Assistant Executive Housekeeper you'll support the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations. This includes supervising staff, maintaining supplies, overseeing aesthetics across the hotel and ensuring health and safety measures are in place. This job is in Camps Bay.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee servicing and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas
Conduct daily checks to maintain Village n Life standards
Supervise and train staff ensuring correct procedures are followed
Manage housekeeping stock, equipment and uniforms
Monitor aesthetics ensuring décor and furniture are maintained
Investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly
Ensure compliance with health, safety and company procedures
