Job Summary
Provide administrative and logistics support to the administrative, project, and regulatory units to strengthen processes and follow-through, improving efficiency and coordination across the Sibu Branch Office.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist staff to organize and manage meetings by preparing agendas, scheduling attendees, ensuring logistical arrangements, and documenting minutes.
Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, letters, reports, and presentations, ensuring timely responses.
Assist Regulatory Compliance Unit (RCU) staff with walk-in customers by recording their complaints accurately for follow up.
Process travel requisition by staff, including, accommodations, transportation, and necessary documentations.
Assist Branch Head in general administrative duties, including filing, procurement requests, budget tracking of Branch Office.
