Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist FAM trip: packing for goodie bags, coordinate catering arrangement, setting up meeting room and signage, assist in registration for insurance agents' tour.
· Validate, pack and send Admission Gift Pack to patients and keep Insurance Network Liaison updated on the progress.
· Keep track of inventory for Admission Gift Pack items and arrange re-stock/re-purchase when stock level is low.
· Data entry and maintenance of agents' database – contacts from Insurance Helpdesk, webinar, familiarisation tour, Admission Gift Pack.
· Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
