Job Summary

The iconic Hotel del Coronado is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward to oversee stewarding operations across all food and beverage outlets and banquets, managing a team of up to 50 staff and reporting directly to the Executive Steward.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $74,000-$84,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Steward with all department responsibilities.
• Hire, discipline, evaluate performance, and document all aspects of employment for staff.
• Develop training programs, both group and individual, covering hotel information, equipment use, cleanliness practices, and safety.
