We’re looking for a handson and communityminded Assistant Facilities Caretaker to join our team at Stockland B by Halcyon in Buderim. This is a fulltime, permanent role, Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our beautiful community looking its best.

Someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a closeknit community environment. 

What You’ll Do 

• Help maintain gardens, landscaping, pool and shared community areas to a high standard. 

• Support general maintenance of facilities, equipment and communal spaces. 

• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of recreation amenities. 

• Contribute to a safe and secure environment for homeowners and staff.
