  The Department 
 Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project managemant and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
 
  The Job 
  You will: 
 Assist Facilities Services officer in managing concierge and implementing customer services and reception services initiatives
 Supervise outsource teams to provide cleaning, security, pest control, landscaping and day to day Facilities Management services in Quarters. Evaluate their services performance
 Ensure all planned and scheduled services are being delivered as the services contract and services level agreement
 Carry out site patrol to ensure the facilities readiness, cleanliness and standard are well maintained
