Eagles Pride Hatchery, the largest independent supplier of day-old chicks to the commercial market, is looking for Assistant Farm Managers at our operations in the North West Province. Responsibilities will include managing production targets, quality, cost efficiencies, staff, and compliance with bio-security protocols.

Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and assist with all production-related activities ensuring consistent compliance with SOPs and production targets as set. Effective management of staff. Adhering to Health and Safety requirements and assisting with managing Bio-Security protocols. Optimize utilization of all equipment, buildings, and machinery in use at the Farm. Assist with managing the flow of production data. Ensuring the high standards of animal welfare, hygiene, and animal husbandry practices are maintained at all times.
