Description
 ]Assistant Field Service engineer is responsible for the installation and maintenance of femtosecond(Visumax500/800) and excimer lasers(Mel90), which are used in refractive surgery in the field of ophthalmology.
Execute OJT(On Job Training) of installation, PM, Service, Application support for Zeiss devices at customer site and Technical Service Room
Managing Calibration data and Truck stock
All service activities should be follow the Service manual and HQ SOP
Record all service activities on a service report
Be responsible of checking systems and devices to satisfy technical inspection standard
Perform inspection & maintenance of the device under company’s manuals and procedures
Maintain and review received inspection documents
Reporting of results and feedback to project teams
Report the issue and service topics to REF service Team Leader
