Assistant Finance Manager

As the sole finance contributor, you will prepare end-to-end finance operations independently, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and insights to support business decisions in a fast-paced FMCG distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare AP, AR, and GL for high-volume books, including bank reconciliations
• Review and support AP and AR processes
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, and journal entries for rebates, claims, and miscellaneous charges
• Manage collections, apply receipts, and monitor debtor ageing to maintain current accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and expenses, highlighting variances and trends
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, GST, and corporate policies
