Job description: Finance Manger / Assistant Finance Manager
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To lead accounting function for voluminous entities and outlets
• Responsible for preparation SST monthly or quarterly submission.
• Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are perform timely on monthly basis such as bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation and, other balance sheet schedule.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow projections and associated records to determine the optimum use of funds or the need to raise additional revenue.
• Assist to handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting activity ie Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger, Forecasting & Projection, Budgeting and Cash Flow & Commitment Planning.
• Assist in preparation of monthly Management Performance Report on the group for management review.
• Perform analysis in relation to Profit and Losses for Department (Business Unit) statement.
