(Assistant) Finance Manager - Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Manage full‑spectrum finance operations including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance.
• Lead accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with MFRS and Group accounting policies.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial analysis to support business growth.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and drive performance.
• Lead post‑M&A financial integration, including aligning policies, reporting, systems, and processes across acquired entities.
• Support group‑wide finance transformation, standardisation, and automation initiatives.
• Act as key liaison with auditors, tax agents, and regional/global finance teams.

Requirements:
