Assistant Finance Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager (FP & A) to join our team to support management decision-making through high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management reports and presentation decks.
Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, coordinating inputs from stakeholders.
Analyse financial performance, including actual vs budget variances and trends, and provide clear insights.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial systems.
Partner with regional teams to provide financial support and insights (occasional meetings outside business hours may be required).
Support ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
Minimum 3 years' experience in FP & A or related roles in the industry.
Experience with SAP and IBM TM1 is an advantage.
