Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance Operations
- Assist in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Record daily transactions into the accounting system accurately
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
- Assist in preparation of documents for audit, tax, and statutory submissions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Support e-invoicing documentation (if applicable)
Payroll & Administration Support
- Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, overtime, deductions)
- Support EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions
- Coordinate with HR on employee-related financial matters
