Requirements:

  • IIQE Paper 1,2,3

  • Branch frontline CS experience ( Welcome phone banking staff)

  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and preferably in Mandarin

    • What you'll be doing on the job

    Responsibilities:

  • Handle various banking products (CASA, Cleaning Lending, Mortgage, Insurance, Credit Card)

  • Identify customers’ needs and cross sell banking products

  • Sales Referrals to other appropriate departments

  • Handle walk-in customers’ enquiries

  • Follow bank’s policy and work procedures
