Assistant Fleet Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Fleet Manager in overseeing daily trucking operations and driver assignments
• Ensure real-time monitoring and updating of trip statuses in the tracking system
• Coordinate with clients for regular trip status updates and delivery confirmations
• Handle TABS booking and ensure timely slot reservations
• Monitor truck schedules, dispatches, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs of all units
• Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance logs
• Support compliance with LTO, LTFRB, and BOC requirements
• Help manage and evaluate driver performance, attendance, and documentation

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatching, or fleet coordination
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
