Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized and exceptional guest service at every opportunity, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded throughout the food and beverage experience.
  • Direct, delegate, and coordinate the banquets and food and beverage outlets’ daily business activities and team members.
  • Ensure all event details and function specifications are executed in accordance with the client’s expectations.
  • Manage food and beverage inventories, maintain par levels, and provide requisitions for products and supplies.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with team members and food and beverage leadership.
  • Maximize revenues while maintaining a high standard of service and positive guest experience.
  • Coach, motivate, and train team members on a continual basis.
