Assistant Franchise Accounting Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting of franchised stores (Royalties, franchise fees, and marketing fund contributions)
• Ensure timely and accurate financial submissions from franchisees
• Review and reconcile franchise revenues, intercompany transactions, and variances
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and company accounting policies
• Oversee tax-related matters affecting franchise operations, including VAT, withholding taxes, and BIR reporting support
• Coordinate with Operations, Legal, and Franchise Relations on financial and contractual matters
• Lead audit preparations and respond to findings from external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Strengthen internal controls to minimize financial, compliance, and fraud risks
