Nasdaq's Legal, Regulatory & Risk group is looking for a talented and energetic lawyer to join our general legal team located in the North America, Europe and Asia and supporting our businesses worldwide.Your role and responsibilities Draft, review, analyze and negotiate a variety of commercial and licensing agreements, including data, content, indexes, technology transactional agreements Work closely with sales, operations and product teams to ensure Company objectives are met Provide legal guidance and support to our internal businesses and operations around the world including licensing, technology and commercial legal advice Keep up to date and provide guidance on regulations that impact Nasdaq products and services Represent the company's positions in commercial matters without close supervision from senior lawyers Legal and business experience required Law Degree (e.g., in the U.
