**Assistant General Counsel – Employment Law, North America**

This is a remote role, ideally located in Eastern time zone.

This candidate will report to the General Counsel and be an integral member of the legal team responsible for the day-to-day legal work related to employment law matters.

**Essential Functions**

+ Provide direct legal support on a full range of North American employment law issues relating to the entire employee lifecycle, including but not limited to: recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, compensation, leaves of absence, return to work and accommodation issues, benefits, termin...
