Assistant General Manager, Business Development

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Assistant/Deputy General Manager, Business Development to drive growth and expansion for our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to secure IFM projects.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IFM market.

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including facility managers, procurement officers, and executives.

• Develop and present customized IFM solutions to clients.

• Negotiate and close IFM deals, including contract agreements, pricing, and service level agreements.

• Write policy papers and reports for presentation to the Board of Directors.
