Assistant General Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Process Safety professional to lead process safety, barrier integrity, and functional safety governance for FPSO operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with safety case and IEC 61511 requirements, strengthening safety barriers, reducing major accident risks, and improving asset reliability and uptime.
You will act as a leader in process safety, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Asset Integrity and external stakeholders to drive excellence in Process Safety Management across the asset lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and technical expertise in MAH management and barrier integrity, ensuring FPSO operations remain within safe design and regulatory requirements
Own and continuously improve the Process Safety Management (PSM) framework and Major Accident Hazard Register in line with class, flag, and local regulations
