Assistant General Manager

Overview

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to take ownership of day-to-day operations and act as a direct extension of the executive leadership. This role exists to ensure the company runs effectively, decisively, and sustainably. The AGM is a generalist operator , not tied to a specific function. Depending on company needs, you may work across Product, UI/UX, Operations, Project, Digital Experience, or Internal Process. You step in whenever clarity, ownership, or execution is missing. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, navigating ambiguity, making trade-offs, and driving results across the organization.
