Assistant General Manager - Process Safety

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Process Safety professional to lead process safety, barrier integrity, and functional safety governance for FPSO operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with safety case and IEC 61511 requirements, strengthening safety barriers, reducing major accident risks, and improving asset reliability and uptime.

You will act as a leader in process safety, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Asset Integrity and external stakeholders to drive excellence in Process Safety Management across the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical expertise in MAH management and barrier integrity , ensuring FPSO operations remain within safe design and regulatory requirements
• Own and continuously improve the Process Safety Management (PSM) framework and Major Accident Hazard Register in line with class, flag, and local regulations
