Assistant General Manager QAQC

To oversee and manage the overall QAQC operations of the company from HQ, ensuring that all construction projects comply with regulatory, client, and internal quality standards. This role is strategic and coordination-focused, supporting site teams and top management by driving quality initiatives, standardization, audits, and continuous improvement across all project locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in setting company-wide QAQC policies, procedures, and performance benchmarks.
• Coordinate QAQC implementation across multiple project sites from HQ.
• Lead and mentor the HQ-based QAQC team and provide technical guidance to site-based teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders on quality matters.
• Conduct regular quality performance reviews and present reports to senior management.
