Assistant General Manager

This role reports to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for group consolidation, statutory financial reporting, and SGX disclosures ensuring accurate, timely and compliant reporting under SFRS(I)/IFRS and SGX Listing Rules, with strong governance over the financial close and disclosure process.
This is a highly cross functional and hands-on role and key responsibilities include:
Group Consolidation & Close: Lead monthly to year‑end consolidation across multi‑entity, multi‑currency groups; review entity submissions, intercompany eliminations, equity accounting, FX translation, systems, and analytical reviews.
Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare statutory financial statements, Board/Audit Committee packs, accounting policies, and technical papers; manage new and amended accounting standards.
