Job Responsibility

• Oversee the operations team to ensure ordering processes are executed accurately according to branch requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring stock holding does not exceed 14 days to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Identify slow-moving products and take immediate corrective action through stock transfers, price markdowns, or product discontinuation.
• Ensure shelves are consistently well-stocked and take proactive measures to prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) issues.
• Ensure goods are received at the lowest possible cost based on the approved supplier listing.
• Coordinate product returns to suppliers and ensure Credit Notes are received before allowing new stock deliveries.
• Review invoices and supplier documents to ensure all transactions comply with company SOPs.
• Conduct regular visits to competitor outlets and report market advantages directly to HQ.
