We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Head Chef / Head Chef to provide professional kitchen and culinary services on a Contract for Service basis.

Scope of Services

• Plan, prepare, and execute high-quality dishes in accordance with company standards
• Research & Development (R&D) of new recipes, dishes, and food concepts
• Create, develop, and standardize menus covering Asian and Western cuisine
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation activities
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Manage kitchen team workflow, supervision, and task delegation
• Assist in menu costing, food costing, and cost control
