Assistant Head Chef

We are looking for an Assistant Head Chef who will support daily back-of-house operations in a fast-paced Filipino restaurant.

This role is hands-on and focused on kitchen execution, food consistency, cost control, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control
• Monitor food cost, inventory, and minimize wastage
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff during peak hours
• Maintain smooth production flow
• Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with Store Manager for daily operational alignment

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant kitchen operations
• Experience as Sous Chef, Senior Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine
