Assistant Health System Administrator (Assistant Health Services Administrator)

Responsibilities In collaboration with the Health System Administrator (HSA) and the Clinical Director, provides oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Health Services Department, which involves managing and directing the activities of a multi-disciplinary team of health care professionals who are responsible for medical, dental and allied health services to the inmate population. Initiates and develops schedules for accomplishing the health care mission of the institution, assists and discusses the program plans with assigned providers and ancillary staff.
