Job Description

Eden View Suites and Villas is seeking a dedicated and service-driven Assistant Hotel Manager to support daily hotel and villa operations and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. 
This role works closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and effective team leadership.
Duties:
Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, and guest services, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the property
Deliver consistently high standards of guest satisfaction by professionally managing guest feedback, concerns, and special requests
Monitor service quality to ensure full compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
Support the coordination of arrivals ,special events, and group bookings to ensure seamless execution
