Purpose of the Role
The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the Hotel Management Team by overseeing daily Housekeeping operations to ensure alignment with the hotel's strategic objectives and annual operational plans. The role ensures that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation expected within a 5-star luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Supervision
Provide direction, guidance, and oversight to the Housekeeping team.
Motivate and align the team with hotel service standards and objectives.
Facilitate effective communication within the department and across other hotel departments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental training records.
