Job Description

Our client is a well known oil and gas company.
Responsibilities: 
Preparation of contracts for new employees, renewal of contracts and orientation of new employees.
Prepare training materials and follow up and evaluate the training results.
Emphasis on payroll for employees (Payroll).
Prepare tax (Por Ngor Dor 1) and social security forms.
Implementation of employee welfare, such as issuing employee cards, uniforms, car reservations.
Prepare personnel documents and general document work.
Perform various other tasks as assigned. 
Requirements:
No gender restriction, age 30+ years old.
Bachelor's degree.
Have working experience in general staff care of 5 years or more.
Have knowledge and understanding of labor relations and labor law.
Good skills in using MS Office tools such as Pivot.
Have a private car and can travel outside the area.
