Assistant HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to join our dynamic team. This role supports the HR department in driving employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
• Support performance management and employee relations initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor legislation
• Contribute to HR projects and organizational development strategies
• Implement HR strategy, fostering a culture of engagement, and supporting managers and employees across the business.
• IR, attending CCMA Hearings, handling disciplinaries, wage negotiations etc
• Wellness initiative & team building
