Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits structures, ensuring compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
- Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, leave entitlements, employee incentives, and annual salary reviews.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including work permits and visa applications for foreign/expatriate hires.
- Implement talent management strategies, succession planning, and retention programs tailored to the Malaysian workforce.
- Manage training needs analysis, HRDF claims, and continuous education programs to enhance employee skills.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, improvement plans, and recognition programs.
- Act as the primary advisor on HR policies, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
