About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant HR Manager to join our talented team at Multi Graded Industries Sdn Bhd in Parit Buntar, Perak. As a full-time Assistant HR Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall Human Resources function and contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting the Management in the development and implementation/ improvement of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
2. Coordinating and overseeing employee onboarding, training and development programmes.
3. Handling employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary matters.
4. Participating in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening and interviewing candidates.
