                    Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking an Assistant HSE Manager to join their dynamic team:   Employment Type: Permanent 
Position: Assistant HSE Manager 
Location: Central 
Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office Hours 
Salary Package: Basic Bonus 
Job Responsibilities:  Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and site-specific safety plans in compliance with all local regulations and corporate standards. 
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards; track corrective and preventive actions to closure. 
Lead incident and accident investigations, performing root cause analysis and preparing detailed reports with actionable recommendations. 
Facilitate safety training, toolbox meetings, and briefings to enhance awareness and foster a proactive safety culture among all employees and subcontractors.
