• Support the HR Manager in overseeing end-to-end HR strategy and operations in alignment with corporate and regional policies.
• Act as a key contact for labor union management, employee relations, and collective bargaining / dispute handling within the plant, ensuring full compliance with Thai labor laws and company standards. (A track record of dispute handling is preferable.)
