Assistant Human Resources

In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for the holistic support of personnel or management of various company units in close cooperation with the responsible Business Partner. In doing so, you will ensure effective and careful processing of all administrative and organizational activities that arise within the scope of a fully integrated personnel support. Furthermore, you will support the recruitment and selection of personnel, be responsible for applicant management, prepare employment contracts, references and job advertisements, and take over the entire coordination of appointments. The continuous optimization of all HR processes with regard to effectiveness and efficiency as well as the cooperation in different HR projects complete your exciting field of activity.
