Serve as a complex role to support daily HR operations of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong and W Hong Kong
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Actively involve in talent acquisition from the hiring and screening process to onboarding arrangement
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave records according to hotel policy and legal requirements
