Job Duties: Prepare, review, and manage tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and pricing for tender projects. Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations and evaluate bids. Collaborate closely with the project and design teams to align cost plans with project requirements.
