assistant infra engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. To maintenance, implement businuss requirements and support office and Production.

2. To take the general responsibility for the IT functions, production System and work with team.

3. Lead the IT technical helpdesk team. Strong knowledge in IT technical.(Computer hardware, equipment and Windows troubleshoot)

4. Maintenance, implement and support office and production infra. Server Administration support.(Hyper-V, HCI, Windows Server, Linux, Active directory, DNS, DHCP and etc.)

5. Network Administrator support. (firewall, VPN, switch, VLAN, wireless access point and network cabling) Exchange email Security software.

6. (Anti-virus and monitoring) Computer. (Desktop, laptop hardware, Windows and software) IP Phone and conference system CCTV and NVR Door access system Printer.(MFP, laser printer and label printer) Barcode.
