Assistant Infra Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain, implement business requirements and support office and production.
• Take general responsibility for IT functions, production systems and work with team.
• Lead the IT technical helpdesk team.
• Strong knowledge in IT technical (computer hardware, equipment and Windows troubleshoot).
• Maintenance, implement and support office and production infrastructure.
• Server administration support (Hyper‑V, HCI, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Network administration support (firewall, VPN, switch, VLAN, wireless access point, network cabling).
• Security software (anti‑virus and monitoring).
• Computer (desktop, laptop hardware, Windows and software).
• IP Phone and conference system.

• Door access system.
