Job Description

  Responsibilities 

 Create and execute the design concept for Commercial/Workplace/Mixed-use projects

 Co-ordinate with project team in terms of execution of the projects.

 Handle full set of drawings including concept design

 Able to design and renders into space environment

 Assist in the presentation of proposals, tender document

 Coordinate & liaise with clients, contractors, vendors & project team members

  Requirements 

 DSE / Form 5 or above

 At least 2 years relevant working experience preferably in Commercial Projects particularly in workplace interiors

 Fluent in English, and Putonghua is an advantage

 Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and other 3D computer design program
