Assistant IT Manager - Infrastructure

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager - IT Infrastructure will play a key role within the IT Shared Service division, supporting the planning, implementation, and operational management of our core IT infrastructure components. This includes servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong technical expertise, leadership potential, and a commitment to ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our critical IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Team Guidance & Support:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior infrastructure specialists, assisting with complex troubleshooting and solution implementation.
• Support the Section Manager in managing daily team activities, task assignments, and workload distribution.
• Foster a collaborative environment and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
