Job Description

  Responsibilities:  
 Accountabilities:
 Planning
 Collaborate with business divisions to define project scope and planning during project initiation phases with clarity on business objectives and outcomes.
 Define the project timeline for the implementation approaches.
 Business Advisory
 Help customers fully understand the value of the applications to the business.
 Provide inputs to business proposals to ensure technical contents are covered correctly.
 Solution Delivery
 Facilitate discussions and help vendors understand business requirements.
 Guide vendors to perform analysis and design. Discuss, challenge, and validate their recommendation, analysis, and estimation to fulfill AXA’s expectation.
 Lead vendors to build, integrate, test, and deliver application solution.
 Review solution deliverables to ensure they meet AXA’s policies, standards, and quality requirement.
