Assistant Land Development Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required)
• With at least 1 year of experience in land development, site development, or related construction works
• Knowledgeable in site grading, road works, drainage systems, and utilities installation
• Familiar with land development plans, technical drawings, and specifications
• Proficient in AutoCAD, and basic engineering software
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans
• Strong coordination skills with contractors, surveyors, and project teams
• Willing to conduct site inspections and fieldwork
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned in project sites if needed
