Lendlease Singapore is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager, who will be responsible for leasing in Parkway Parade (retail) including replacing non-performing tenants and renewals of leases and contributing to the desired tenancy mix.
Responsibilities:
To work with the Leasing Director and leasing team to ensure that the office and mall are fully leased at all times whilst achieving budget rents.
To be accountable for the tenancies assigned and complete renewals in a timely manner.
To prepare recurring reports including leasing minutes, asset review reports and annual business plan.
To work with Leasing Director and leasing team to ensure that lease administration matters are in order.<...
