Assistant Leasing Manager (Parkway Parade)

Lendlease Singapore is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager to manage leasing activities within Parkway Parade (retail).

• Work with the Leasing Director and leasing team to ensure the office and mall are fully leased at all times while achieving budget rents.
• Be accountable for the tenancies assigned and complete renewals in a timely manner.
• Prepare recurring reports including leasing minutes, asset review reports and the annual business plan.
• Ensure lease administration matters are in order through close collaboration with the Leasing Director and team.
• Contribute to the mall’s vision on the desired tenancy mix through active prospecting and engagement with retailers.
• Collaborate with different functions of the Centre Management Office to resolve tenancy related matters.
